Incorrect or Faulty Products
If the item you have received is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. Please write to us with the details of your issue and supply accompanying photos. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether you are able to receive a full or partial refund or an item replacement.
Please note that we follow your custom instructions very carefully. If your item contains a mistake and does not meet the instructions you have requested for, we will provide a replacement item for you, free of any charges or shipping costs.
However, we are unable to make any amendments to items that are not faulty. Please ensure your order details and spelling of names are correct before confirming your purchase. The fabric paint we use is not removable and we are unable to receive any returns or trades for new designs that are not faulty.
All shipments (standard and express) are tracked. We do everything possible to ensure that your item arrives on time and in good condition. In the unlikely case that your item has not been received or goes missing, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement for you.
Shipping is free for all orders over $90
